After 20 years of leading Finance teams in the automotive and software sectors, Michael O’Grady brings a broad range of experience and perspectives to his role as Castellan’s Chief Financial Officer. In addition to leading the Finance and Legal teams, he enables data-driven decisions and drives operational excellence across the business. Before joining Castellan, he was CFO at TargetX, led Financial Planning & Analysis at Ellucian and Qlik, and spent the first 10 years of his career at Ford Motor Company, about half of them in South America and Europe. Michael lives in Philadelphia with his wife, two daughters and two Border Collies, and enjoys hiking, cycling, and cooking.
