He brings experience as a proven Customer Success leader who focuses on metrics-driven operations to drive growth of global teams. Guy has been part of both large and small companies pulling together the post-sales customer experience into a cohesive structure to ultimately protect and grow the recurring revenue stream. Guy is a resident of Atlanta, a very proud father of two adult children, and has been married for 27 years.
