Since 2001, BC Management has been gathering data on business continuity management programs and compensation to provide professionals with the information they need to elevate their programs. At the dawn of the COVID-19 pandemic, BC Management conducted critical industry research assessing the roles and responsibilities of business continuity professionals in the response to COVID-19.

After careful analysis, a number of key themes emerged, which were explored in depth within this assessment report. The study was launched in April 30, 2020 and remained open through May 16, 2020.
